I recently recieved a email from 4shared to say that someone complained about my colour me crazy kit that i made in 2009.
Saying that the kit is there's and i was within copyright breach.
I would like to confirm i made this kit in 2009 from bought cu items i purchased from my own money for use and free cu items as well as items i made from tutorials and it took me so long to make and am rather angry someone has gone ahead and made a false claim against me.
Whenever i made a kit i always credited the people items i used weather they be free or bought items i have purchased for use in there kits and would never ever breach anyones copyright at all i know how it feels to have it done as i have had it done to me in the past.
On investigation i have found my kits being shared over various different shared sites.
For this reason all my kits, frames and other items will be removed from 4shared for the time being until this is sorted.
I will be fighting this out with 4shared.
4shared will not tell me who made the complaint so i am asking if it was yourself to contact me on bia06tch@hotmail.com to tell me exactly what your complaint is.
